It’s so hard to find a 100% wool Jumper, can you help?

I don’t want cashmere, but neither do I want anything with polyester or acrylic and I’m finding so hard. So many shops use terms like wool rich, with wool and wool blend but that’s not what I want. I’m finding a bit of choice for turtle necks, but I’d like to find a crew neck ideally in brown or burgundy under £150, have you found anything? I do have a few Uniqlo merino jumpers and they’re ok, but I wanted something a little warmer.

Hobbs have 100% wool jumpers in various styles. I have a few and they’ve lasted me years.

another Harley Scotland link - if you search their stockists and go to their own pages, many have a variety of options not just the current season. Jail Dornoch, Bosie, Longship in Orkney are all good. They’re excellent jumpers

They are gorgeous- I have 2! They do need handwashing but being wool
dont need washing often - just airing occasionally in fresh air

Oh no, now I need a Petite Calypso coloured round collar jacket in small. Luckily they only have XS in stock or it would be in my shopping basket! Maybe a birthday present from DH.

@BTsrule, how is the fit? I have bigger boobs and smaller waist. So something tighter at the chest that flares out at the bottom never fits me well.

@BTsrule, the hooded jacket in Calypso looks great too, although might prefer without stripes so it goes with more things.

If you can wait til they come in, Matalan always has a selection of men’s lambswool jumpers, crew and v neck, for about £20 that wear and wash fantastically (I air dry mine then). Really hard wearing.

Toast do gorgeous knitwear. It's definitely not hard to find, but you wil have to expect to pay more than for a poly blend. I buy on Ebay - Brora, Toast, House of Bruar etc. and now I knit too.

I recently bought a few jumpers from The Carrier company. They are lovely and such good quality.This was one.My favourite one.

Another vote for Community Clothing. I am wearing one of their cardigans at the moment and the price is very reasonable for the quality.
