Deep berry/burgundy lip stain

Can anyone recommend one? I've tried a few over the last few days but they all seem to end up being too red! I'm looking for something with like a deep purple hue to the red. Not purple but not bright red.

Nothing outrageously expensive but if it stays put and looks amazing I'll consider maybe £20.

Dior do some but at around £30.
Thought the best staying lipstick I've found has been maybelline vinyl or stay matt around £10. It stays on for about 36 hours you really have to scrub it off at night.

The fenty lip stains are good. Think they are called poutsicle.

There's a lovely berry one forgot what it's called.

Chanel rouge noir 109. Its the only colour I wear

I keep being tempted by the Elf ones but I have the lip oil in berry and whilst I like it it's not that tinted at all. I love the stains because they last all day and I can put the oil on top for a bit of shine.

Black Honey?

I just did the virtual try on and I love both shades! How long does it last though? All day isn't a requirement although nice to have but it would be lovely if it could last an hour or two and see me through my first work coffee!

This is also a strong contender and as it's a lot cheaper probably the one I'll go for first but it's out of stock 😔

I was going to suggest Black Honey too but I don't find it lasts that long. I normally reapply it a couple of times a day.

Just tried the virtual sangria from kiko double wear, also a huge contender but I'm always wary of virtual try ons because they never quite look the same in person.

Black honey is the perfect shade but definitely not long lasting

I don't know ,my son's gf wears it and it looks gorgeous on her. Looks like a fancy lip balm so probably not very long lasting but looks gorgeous on her. I'm tempted by the pink version.

Nivea have brought out some lip oils, one of them is darker ,I bought the lightest shade and am very impressed.

Second this. The ultra lips are fantastic- I gave three shades and one is a black honey dupe- Ember I think

Glossier ultralip is lovely - a sheer slick rather than a gloss. But I wouldn't say it's long lasting.

@Webbymeister with Merit, do you ever find the lipsticks go off? Since they're "clean beauty" without as many preservatives. Asking because I was reading reviews on Reddit and it was mentioned there

I've added this to my basket and will get the elf one too. I love the elf lip oil in jam session so it could look great over the L'Oréal one.

I have two of the Elf lip stains and they are reasonably long lasting. I have Basic Beige and Power Mauve. Power mauve is a MLBB colour on me. For a burgundy stain I think you'll need the berry shade. The stains aren't sticky and deposit a thin layer of sheer but pigmented lip colour

I have the Elf lip stain and don't find it lasts long! Also takes quite a few coats to get any colour on my lips.

Romand (styled as Rom&nd) juicy lasting tint in Deep Sangria - I'm converted to the lasting tints from this brand, I like the elf ones but they don't last long and the Fenty one dries me out really badly. I bought mine from a site called Stylevana but you could shop around - they do mini sets if you wanted to try the different formulas out I think, but they aren't overly £££. I did a lot of research on reddit etc and have tried loads of lip tints but these are my favourites, so hydrating and they work so well on pale skin.

I've just had a look for a nude one, I've ordered the L'Oréal one in payday to make a statement but I've just added nucademia in the rom&nd in the hope it will be a good match for my skin. I find it really hard to find a subtle natural but a bit more obvious for my skin, I am pale but do not suit ones that are too pink.

Doesn't last as long as others granted but black honey is buildable and feels moisturising.
