What could be done with my lips? Pics

I don’t want huge bubble lips. But want them a bit plumper. Really not happy with them and sometimes get mocked (light heartedly) for having no top lip 😆

I worry filler will make them wonky, even if it’s the tiniest amount. Is there really no other option?

Clearly this is a piss take Miss Julia Roberts 😂

That's the first thing that came to my mind!

I'm wondering who the heck is mocking the OP. She looks beautiful.

They sound jealous.

A lot of my friendship circle look more ‘done’ and I just honestly feel a bit frumpy sometimes in comparison. I like my teeth and wouldn’t change those, but sometimes they feel a bit shit compared to veneers.

I suppose I was just looking for something to look more ‘done’. I look awful with fake lashes for example so they’re out

I had a surgical lip lift done, which is very subtle but I’m happy with the results.

You have a nice top lip and a good shape. I’d just use plumping gloss and lip liner.

It’s more of a tongue in cheek thing, and cultural! My lips are thin compared to one side of family

It's your family doing it? Good grief!

Oh, they are so jealous of you!

Duparsisoverrated · 26/08/2024 18:23

I can’t see for a minute that anyone would say you have no top lip. It’s absolute nonsense. Please don’t disfigure yourself.

Mercurial123 · 26/08/2024 18:23

Surely, you know your lips are full. Really strange post.

This looks so nice! Very natural

In all seriousness, you'e beautiful. Please, please don't listen to those people. They're clearly envious of you.

CharlotteRumpling · 26/08/2024 18:24

I so hate the way every young woman these days has to look "done", whatever that means. And perfect.

DancingPhantomsOnTheTerrace · 26/08/2024 18:25

But your top lip looks totally normal! You have a lovely smile.

AppropriateAdult · 26/08/2024 18:26

Why on earth would you want to look 'done' when you already have a natural beauty that lots of us envy? That's what people are aiming for when they get fillers etc, but it almost never looks quite right. Honestly now, OP, give your head a wobble 😘

Glitterglitch · 26/08/2024 18:27

@gamesandvideos I think your before shape looks more sensual not that my opinion matters.

Looking done is different to pretty though. And it’s the small imperfections that give a face character & makes it work.

BlackSwan · 26/08/2024 18:30

You have a very pretty smile - you're lips look great. If you go down this path you're going to look 'done' and you could end up with a weird smile. Don't risk it.

Wait 5 years then think again.

Shoe465 · 26/08/2024 18:30

You have plump.lips already??

TheChosenTwo · 26/08/2024 18:30

Whaaaattt?! From what you’ve shown you have a really pretty mouth and smile, it would be a crime to mess with them 😩
Very naturally pretty.

megacat · 26/08/2024 18:33

Is this post to try and prove that filler can look natural? Because that second photo clearly shows you've had filler.

Itsalwaysthelasttime · 26/08/2024 18:34

@megacat I thought that I would be very surprised if no filler.

No, I 100% don’t have filler.

I thought that initially.

Is this a joke, you have plump lips?!
Maybe get a new lipstick or floss?

Bignanna · 26/08/2024 18:44

I wish my lips were that plump! You should be very happy with them.

I have read about people who repeatedly use lip fillers and think theirs are thin, kind of like a lip dysmorphia?
