Is anyone else finding the new Uniqlo online store completely unusable?

The menu has disappeared following the makeover, and, no, I don't want to browse by putting terms in the search bar. Being able to access the sale would be pretty helpful too.

Guessing MugPlate hasn't tried to actually purchase something? I tried for an hour earlier, and again this evening, but I just get a system error at checkout. Must be costing them an absolute fortune.

I often get an error message at checkout but usually if I go back to the basket and try again it then works at the second attempt, but that used to happen with the old site as well.

Of course I haven’t tried to buy anything, I can’t navigate the site!

I posted the article to show that within the industry it’s been acknowledged the Uniqlo site changes were contentious and disliked by customers, which the writer noted but dismissed.

I've been thinking this yesterday.

It's so counter intuitive. It just doesn't work.

Once you are on a page it's difficult to go back to the search/home page.

It's so bad that I gave up.

Sorry, I think I caused confusion by quoting the article@MugPlate helpfully linked to. Should've made it clearer that I was annoyed, as was@MugPlate, that the article was so favourable to the redesign!

So many fashion brands shoot themselves in the foot with unusable websites. It's extra frustrating with Uniqlo because you'd think they'd have more sense.
