Canvas style shoes, thin soles

Does anyone know the kind of shoes I mean, a very relaxed style. I’ve seen similar in Shameless and I’m sure other tv shows, especially on young, poorer kids.

I think most of them tend to have white soles (although I wouldn't call them thick unless it's a flatform).

Toms alpargatas are very comfy. I also love Natural World Eco for this type of shoe - they're natural rubber and organic cotton, lots of colours. The soles smell of bubblegum for some reason, and it's lovely.
