am thinking either a wrap around dress, or a skirt, but I have no real ideas.

(normally go trousers and top) can't be too expensive.

i'm a 14 on top & bottoms, tops of arm's aren't fantastic, 5'2, 29" inside legs, huge norks (36E) and have humps n bumps in the wrong places. well rihgt but would rather they weren't there/easily on show.....

so come on dress me...

I am the same height as you with a very similar figure and would look pretty damn good in this dress (and it's reduced from £50 to £15!)

PatsyCline · 03/04/2008 19:56

Glad you like it. I would wear it with knee-length boots, but I must confess to wearing most things with knee-length boots...

davidtennantsmistress · 03/04/2008 19:59

davidtennantsmistress · 03/04/2008 20:06

I like this but would my arms look really fat in it?

OP posts:
lou33 · 03/04/2008 20:18

i like your link dtm, though the colour wouldnt suit me, i also like the kimono one

i may pop into my local store for a look at it, it may suit dd1 as well, and it is her birthday next week

davidtennantsmistress · 03/04/2008 20:27

lol. I like your logic lou. i'm thinking well, i'll wear it at nans birthday bash as well. so can prob spend a little more.

PatsyCline · 03/04/2008 20:34

My arms would look very fat in that dress, but that's because they are...

I think that this Anusha top is fab. I have one in a plain silk and it's lovely.

www.anusha.co.uk/product.cfm?id=1916&p=3

You could wear it with jeans but still look dressy and glam!

This is a very similar style in black or blue but only £10 in the M&Co sale!

www.mandco.com/bin/venda?ex=co_wizr-productgrid&bsref=mackays&step=shopcartmulti&invt=1063952&orderc ol=alphanu#

I think either would look brilliant on you with a gorgeous necklace.

davidtennantsmistress · 04/04/2008 08:38

not so keen on that one.

OP posts:
PatsyCline · 04/04/2008 13:56

OK, I'll keep looking!

PatsyCline · 05/04/2008 13:26

Just to say, DTM, that I bought that £15 kimono dress from M&Co today. Tis very nice (looks awful on the hanger but great on) and it got top marks from all my family. As it was £50 originally the fabric is nice quality and doesn't cling. It comes up big and I came home with a size smaller than usual.
