am thinking either a wrap around dress, or a skirt, but I have no real ideas.

(normally go trousers and top) can't be too expensive.

i'm a 14 on top & bottoms, tops of arm's aren't fantastic, 5'2, 29" inside legs, huge norks (36E) and have humps n bumps in the wrong places. well rihgt but would rather they weren't there/easily on show.....

so come on dress me...

what does that mean?

it means sweaty and static-y clingy. I'm norky too, and I'd never wear a halter neck, otherwise I the oasis one.

davidtennantsmistress · 08/04/2008 19:06

ooh no don't want that one then.

I love that oasis one ther'es a fantastic oasis one I've seen but it's £60 and not sure I can justify that for 3 occassions (well 2 defs and one possible)

I think you get more mileage from a top-n-trousers than a dress. Tops are great for concealing arms/norks/muffintops.

davidtennantsmistress · 08/04/2008 21:13

you do but i'd really got my heart set on a dress. (don't wear them very often either)

this one?

100% polyester!
I hardly ever wear dresses either, so I can see what you mean. When is the meal?

Have a look at marisotauk - they have some nice, reasonably priced dresses. You might have to google Marisota. Or Joe Brown? They are a bit quirky, but good value and well made. Or that one advertised on TV - OKI? Or Oka? something like that

it's sat, have left it a bit late, going to sue the gift voucher MN sent me at xmas for an afternoon of pampering first, then over to his to get ready, over to his local for a few before we go onto the restaurant. so while a dress would be over dressed for his local I don't think it would for the restaurant.
