Yellow wedding guest dress

I have a wedding in August. For some reason I have it in my head that I'd like to wear yellow. Has anyone seen some nice yellow dresses suitable for a wedding?

I mean proper bright yellow not lemon and preferably plain rather than patterned. I've seen one or two I like but they have long sleeves so I think they'd be too hot for August. I'm 36, a size 6-8 and 5'6.

I went to a wedding years ago when bride wore red as she had always wanted to. She got the dress made. Bridesmaids in white. All looked fab

my sister has beautiful olive skin she wore a yellow gown with cream lace

the maids gowns were flower colors it was a garden😍 the colors were picked by their coloring

I’m a massive yellow fan and have been looking for an excuse to buy this dress, sadly no weddings on the horizon for me.

Have a look at kevan jon, they aren’t cheap but they’re really great quality and material and the colours he uses are fabulous.

I love all these dresses BUT I once went to a wedding where a guest (brides brothers partner) wore bright yellow. Her dress was lovely but she stood out an absolute mile and on all the wedding photos she was in it looked a bit wierd, like she'd been photoshopped in because the dress stood out so vividly IYSWIM?

I am very pale but I suit yellow, although not lemony yellow. Butter to egg yolk to mustard though, all great . So I don’t think it only suits tanned people.
