Comfy and warm clothes for a visit to the osteopath

Gorgeous knitwear recently @Sooverthemill . Yesterday top white stuff, culottes whistles with seriously thick, warm thermal tights but feet were still freezing!

Yay, photos are back. Not that I exactly look glam just now though, lol. Harem pants from Michael Kors, with a Free People top, and a kimono cardi from Silk Fred.

A bit Baltic and rubbish here. My elderly aunt has fallen and is now in hospital so visiting later. I do wonder if it’s care home time but I guess we’ll see. Only lost my mum at the end of last year, so hoping to have my aunt a bit longer. Top is from Anthropologie and the trousers are Free People. Lovely slippers, lol, are Radley.

Oh @Purplecatshopaholic thats awful for you. I hope she can return to her own home with support.

Sounds like very difficult times for you @Purplecatshopaholic . I hope things improve for your aunt. Yesterday cardigan Fenn Wright and Manson, skirt white stuff.

Another (old) Sézane jumper for today. Wearing new fitflop trainers in an effort to find comfortable shoes for everyday. Not sure about them style wise but they are comfy! For some reason recently all my trainers have been uncomfortable and rubbed ( even old ones)

Had DS3 8 months ago & finally out of my leggings 😂 I’m not great at remembering to take outfits photos but he’s a pic of what I wore today. We out for pizza for a V Day lunch with DH. I also wore a cream velvet bum bag from Uniqlo & a short black bomber jacket from Zara. I was still cold 😂

No photo again today but this is what I wore to the tattoo shop (mum & sister getting their first tattoos & I wanted to see what all the fuss was about 😂). I’d say 80% of my wardrobe is Zara so you all might find it a bit boring!

Trainers - On Cloud (I love these because they are waterproof so really warm)
Cream velvet bum bag - Uniqlo

I’ve recently to bought new clothes & decided on a colour palette to help everything work together. So my neutrals are black, charcoal, navy & white, with accents of greens, light blue & sand. I can’t wear sandy colours near my face as it washes me out so I only use it for trousers.

Brora cashmere jumper and cords today

Yesterday was a day of doing small but necessary jobs around the house: cleaning out quail ( under avian flu regulations), sorting out 3 small drawers full of ‘stuff’ , clearing the bannister (!) and tidying a few knitting things. And entertaining the dog while DH is away and I couldn’t find anyone else to walk him ( can’t leave DD alone). So dressed for comfort BUT these jeans which I have worn almost every day I’ve worn jeans for about 2 years have now split!!! In a weird place ( down the front in between the pocket and the zip). Raey went bust so I can’t replace ( looked on eBay and vinted) so I had to order a new pair from hush. I’ve put on weight through illness and can’t fit into any old jeans. So, a spur to try to lose weight?

Day in today entertaining 3 DC & making a roast so I’m wearing a blue hoodie from Abercrombie & pink dinosaur pj bottoms from Chelsea Peers. Really love the unisex hoodie from Abercrombie (I have 5).

so I washed this jumper at the weekend and dried it in my fabulous new jumper board ( which is a traditional Shetland design) and oh goodness it was a breeze to dry so fast! Usually jumpers take forever. And I think this is my most favourite jumper ever ( possibly)
you also get a cute close up of one of the cats keeping warm in the radiator and watching me closely
