I'll sample some botox though.

LilyMunster · 31/03/2008 17:20

castille - detangler spray to use when brushing. something like Aussie. works, honest.

yes - bio oil or whatever - do they work? v v sceptical (but bought some anyway lol)

largeginandtonic · 31/03/2008 17:20

Like the peel products around? That sounds great would be very interested. I look at them all lined up on the Boots shelves and my head spins there are so many now.

ok I'll give up on the botox, just bung us some eye cream then.
I'll be your assistant.

orangina · 31/03/2008 17:23

I'll sample almost anything apart from botox that might make me look less knackered (oh, my selflessness knows no bounds....)

LilyMunster · 31/03/2008 17:25

[sigh] ok, slack cut.

god, some people eh? [win k]

castille · 31/03/2008 17:25

Cod - that green people shampoo is v lentilly and everything but it's too thick for them to use themselves - they use way too much to get a decent froth going then can't rinse it.

Lily - I've tried lots of detanglers that don't even touch the nest of knots DD2 gets. Haven't tried Aussie though, is it better than others?

Ok, hair removal cream it is. All over body stuff or are we targeting specific areas? I have just made a distubing discovery at lunchtime when i looked in the mirror in full daylight. NOT recommended. Clearly the darkness of early morning is the safest time to apply makeup.

largeginandtonic · 31/03/2008 17:27

Oh Feck, eye cream wont hide it.

Kids/girls hair stuff that gets rid of tangles but is suitable for itchy sensitive skin. have yet to find something that is both.
personally i need a cream that will remove hair, make dry skin soft and make me thin

LilyMunster · 31/03/2008 17:30

castille - i have some upstairs and it works on my hair. is long and i have no patience for brushing carefully. smells like bubble gum, which you may or may not like i guess...

cut it in to a bob till shes old enopugh to do it for herself

LilyMunster · 31/03/2008 17:31

what about a moisturiser you can spray on for people SO lazy they cant be arsed to moisturise?

castille · 31/03/2008 17:31

Ah ok will try.

Cutting not an option, sadly. She's into ballet big style and it has to be bun-able

littlerach · 31/03/2008 17:32

Kids stuff, yes.
Dd1 has long thick hair and needs detangler and good conditioner always.

Dd2 has fine curly hair that looks like Amy Winehouse on a good day if brushed. Beehive et al.

FrannyandZooey · 31/03/2008 17:32

cod I went to the gym in a pair of shorts that were too small today and realised I have got cellulite ALL OVER
probably from neck to knees

LilyMunster · 31/03/2008 17:34

but i like the hair that little girl has on the petit filous adverts... the short bob looks wicked on her. if i had a girl id do that to her. course, it would still be a birds nest at the back like ds2's...

Hulababy · 31/03/2008 17:34

I tend to buy DD kid's shampoo adn conditioner 2 in 1 I find her hair really does need the conditioner bit, and I also do it with seperate conditioner as well every so often. Her hair is really fine and fly away.

I use a detangler sometimes before brushing as it can get quite knotted when longer.

However DD has just had her hair all cut into a short choppy bob, so many of our hair problems are on hold for a while.
