Does anyone use a lip stain that actually works?

Love the idea- but they either seem to dry out lips or disappear after 5 minutes.

I use the KVD one from Boots. I just put on some lip balm, dab a bit of the lipstick on and use my finger to blend it. Potent stuff so you only need a little if you don’t want a full-on lip.
