What perfume did you wear in the 90s/00s?

I'm trying to evoke some nostalgia by trying some forgotten fragrances.

For me it was Sun Moon Stars, CK Obsession, Jean Paul Gaultier Classique and Gucci Rush.

I had a boyfriend that wore Versace Blue Jeans religiously (likewise very popular at the time!) and still love it now. Heady days

I loved XS pour elle too ... pale grey and yellow branding ... I bet one whiff of that would whisk me straight back to my raving days!

I think I asked for it for my 15th birthday, along with a charm bracelet and a gold sovereign ring 🍸💁🏻‍♀️😂😂😂

Is the body-shaped one Gaultier? I had a friend who wore it, pink bottle

I wore this in the 90s! Also weirdly Dior j’adore in 6th form (such a middle age scent!), and CK one will always remind me of driving up and down the motorway to raves in the 90s. Gucci rush is space Ibiza. I love how smell takes you straight back there.

Used to drown myself in Obsession when I was about 18- I thought it was so sophisticated. Then had a CK One phase, then L’eau d’Issey. Can’t bear any of them now. I also used to love Fidji and one by Giorgio Beverley Hills that I think was called Ocean Drive. Haven’t smelled those two for years, so haven’t had the chance to go off them as much.

As a schoolgirl, it was Charlie Red, Ck One
Tommy Girl and perfume oil from The Body Shop. My mum had loads of the oils, I used to ‘borrow’ them daily.

The Impulse body sprays were a firm favourite too - I liked the Spice Girls one and one (I think) called I.D

I graduated to Burberry Weekend and Cerruti 1881 in the 00s

Poison. And then the short lived ‘fresh’ version, Tendre Poison, which I much preferred. Guerlain Mitsouko and Fracas by Robert Piguet.

I still wear Fracas, but its hard to find now, its a shadow of its former self, and there’s no bath range 🙁

Georgio - I remember the first time I smelled it in a department store in Sheffield when I went to visit my now DH at uni. Thought I was the bees knees because no one in my small town had it!
