What perfume did you wear in the 90s/00s?

I'm trying to evoke some nostalgia by trying some forgotten fragrances.

For me it was Sun Moon Stars, CK Obsession, Jean Paul Gaultier Classique and Gucci Rush.

I used to love lulu blue, it was gorgeous!

My favourites were Coty Monsoon (in the blue and gold bottle), Nina Ricci Premier Jour, Gucci Rush and Dior Dolce Vita- I’ve started wearing this again recently and I still love it.

Slightly later, but MAC had two limited edition fragrances- Naked Honey and Africanimal. I stockpiled both via eBay but ran out years ago. I would love them to reappear again one day.

In the early 90s I wore Armani, my first experience of a loved fragrance being discontinued 😭

Then Lancôme Aromatonic (the green one) as my everyday scent, loved, loved, loved this and used the shower gel too, until that was discontinued as well.

I also liked Vivienne Westwood's Boudoir, but only wore that on a nice night out.

Oh loved Boudoir....so rich and decadent (if thats the right word !). It was made for feeling sexy on a night out !

I loved VW Libertine. That was a gorgeous fragrance. Sadly, long ago discontinued.

In the spirit of nostalgia, do you remember those green lipsticks that turned red on the lips and lasted for ages? I saw them yesterday in Superdrug and I still have the stain where I tried it on my hand.

Oooh! Theorema (Fendi?) it smelled like marmalade and cardamom. Utterly delicious but disappeared as quickly as it turned up.

CK one - our tutorials at uni were a cloud of CK one as everyone wore it.

Would you mind describing what Premier Jour smells like/ resembles? I seem to remember liking it on a passer-by one day and saw it recently on sale in TK Maxx - reluctant to venture another bad blind buy if not to my taste. Thanks

The base notes sound to my taste but I'm worried that it might be too sweet or short lasting

I still wear Armani She (it's my scent and the one people say is me).

I used a vanilla body spray rather than perfume.

I smelled like cake.

Opium - which in hindsight was far too grown up and heaving for a teenage girl!

I did move onto CK One by the late 90s though!

If forgotten about Acqua de Gio. My next door neighbour used a bucket load every day. You could smell him down the street lol

Lou Lou was my first real perfume that I bought myself.

My mum very kindly bought me a bottle of Dune recently; £100!
It is just beautiful.
