I spotted this and ordered a tiny treat yesterday morning at 10am and it arrived this morning!!! Thrilled to recieve an olive coloured Chelsea Sling bag - exactly what I would have chosen for myself 😀

I'm shocked that they're stating they cannot accept returns. If you buy something online you have a legal right to return it, there are some exceptions to this ie if something is personalised, but Roka bags wouldn't fall into that category.

I'm surprised a company of this size is seemingly unaware of consumer rights laws.

Actually legally no one has to accept returns
