It is yes, I thought it was quite drab when I first got it out, but now I've put the lights on it's a much nicer colour than I first thought! It's so dark here today.

Unfortunately though I'm going to have to e-mail customer services. I know they say the quality standards might not be the same, but it actually has a rip/hole in the lining which I don't think is ok.

Just received this Bantry B Medium in Mustard - love both the size and colour but I use backpacks when travelling so would prefer one where the top folds over. Up for swapping before I try my luck with another order! Would you be interested @Lovelydovey?

@puzzlingrecluse Happy to swap if you want a medium Finchley in custard. I can gift the misty. Feeling a tad guilty as I bought a Peri purple Bantry yesterday as well. No worries if it’s too bright. It’s the colour I was hoping for and didn’t think I would get 🙂

I’m a bit disappointed. I ordered a small, a medium and a large lucky dip.
I ended up with a bucket hat 😳 and two small bags! I thought I’d get a medium or large size with the large lucky dip…not sure why I paid the extra if it’s the same as the medium dip?!
I got a black one and a grey one.
would anyone be interested in a swap for either for a medium or large? In a different colour…

My second order arrived!

It was for a tiny treats on its own and I really didn't want a hat and I am really pleased that I got another Paddington D in a different colour and it's called Kelly Green.

This is going to a young girl and she will be thrilled. I'm going to keep the airforce colour one as it's perfect for dog poo bags and can be worn cross body as well as a hip bag.

Just waiting for my third and last order of two large!

They have changed the wording to include that you may receive items that could be small, medium or large if you pay for the large, but I think they should have made the large dip for items in medium and large size only.

Your bags are nice though.

You've actually done better than you "should" have as backpacks (of any size) are supposed to be a £30 large lucky dip.

I ordered last night and it arrived this morning! I have the small Canfield B in green apple which I love for my ‘large’ pick. I also have the Paddington B in sienna for my ‘medium’ which is a lovely colour but I have to admit I was hoping for a Willenden sling bag. Overall I’m happy and both will fit my mum essentials. I already have a yellow medium Canfield which I use for work so Im relieved I didn’t get another yellow bag! If anyone is wondering about the size of the small backpack it fits - my ipad (normal size), a small pouch (brush, lippie etc), cardholder, regular pack of baby wipes, 3 nappies, a baby bottle and my phone. It’s a snug ish fit but not stuffed full. It has loads of pockets for storing small things and I do think a small water bottle could also fit.
