I wonder if the staff use their own names or pseudonyms. Nearly 20 years ago now I worked in online customer service and we all used a pseudonym.

I enjoyed this thread last year so had to order again this year. Hoping to get another bag for work. My current Canfield has been hammered and still looks good, but it fancies a bit of a rest. Ordered yesterday, and messed it up so lovely Lesley (Customer Service) has sorted it. Living vicariously on this thread until it turns up now. Lovely bags turning up.

I got a hat. It's not even a nice colour.

I had ordered a full price bag too so hoping he used that as a guide for colours I like!

I ordered a tiny one. Really want a pocket one but I'm bound to get a bloody hat.

I wish I had looked at the website all over before ordering as I wrongly assumed they only sold bags as I had never heard of them before and only saw posts on here about bags!

I have one order of all three different sizes and a separate order for another small size.

I just hope the two small ones aren't going to be hats or gloves!

I'd return it, it is misleading:

You might receive a bag with an old logo, or a colour we didn’t commit to. Perhaps a style or pattern that didn’t make it into our core collection, or even a sample of one of your favourite ROKA London bags!

The only mention of hats is that it says you might get 'knitwear'- I'm sure some have posted bucket hats! They know full well most people will be expecting a bag, the pictures on the listing are also misleading.

I'm not sure how random the selection of items really is. I ordered 3 small items and received the hat to match my green canfield backpack from last years lucky dip, the purse that matches the snake skin backpack I bought a month ago in the sale and a black round bum bag type bag. Absolutely delighted to have the coordinating items to go with what I already have 😀

DPD is delivering this morning between 7:20 and 8:20 and if I'm not in they will leave it with a neighbour (and I can't seem to switch that option off). Are they insane - at 7:20???? Getting out if bed for this so it had better be a good one 😂.

It's a small Camden A negroni. I like it reasonably well - the colour isn't what I would have chosen but it's nice and the bag is very well made with lots of pockets. However it's small. I have two more "larges" coming today by Royal Mail and I really hope at least one of them is properly large or I will feel a bit ripped off.

Mine is arriving today… but we are at the in laws! Booooooo! So I’ll have to wait hours to actually open them!

I would not have ordered any of the small if I had realised there was a chance of getting anything other than a small bag or purse.

@Delassalle no I don't have any of their safe place options (front porch, garage, etc).

Mine says delivery by Royal Mail so I'm guessing DPD does the priority service .
