Which Westfield London is better?

If you were taking 2 teen daughters shopping and lived equal distance between the two, which would you choose?

For teens, Stratford; for you, Shepherd’s Bush

(I live close to Westfield Stratford)

Shepherd’s Bush is a nicer experience. Stratford gets overrun with teens. Your teens might like that, though.

Thanks. They want Sephora and then the shops you can't get in the local malls.. Pull &Bear, Bershka, Urban Outfitters, that kind of thing. I find Stratford Westfield quite stressful but DH says it's the better one for them

It’s been years since I went to SB but Stratford Westfield always feels low rent. Lots of empty shops, weird brands you’ve never heard of etc.

Shepherds Bush - hands down.

They might prefer Stratford, then, OP. It’s not as glamorous and feels smaller to me than the Bush one, but it’s got more youth brands.

Shepherds Bush because it's nicer. Stratford felt quite individuating with all the youths when I went!

I find Stratford quite overwhelming. Shepherds Bush seems a bit more low key.

@Olika yes, they're 15 and 17. But they want a girls day out and they want me to pay (!!) so we'll stay tigether

So perhaps take them to Shebu in that case. I find it more manageable as it has different layout.

Shepard's bush has more spaaaace. Stratford is more a corridor.

I find getting through shops easier in Stratford because it's linear but SB is just nicer.

The shops you mentioned are in both anyway

I prefer Shepherd's Bush as a shopping experience with teens. Likely not much in it today as probably both will be packed and you'll be queuing to get into Sephora - we had to queue at the end of Oct half-term!

Westfield Stratford is so dark inside and quite claustrophobic and always full of kids. Shepherds Bush one is a much more pleasurable experience.

We live a similar journey from both. DD would be happy with either, but has been choosing Stratford recently.

Definitely Shepherds Bush- all the shops you mention are next to each other.
Get there for 10am on the dot ( although Primark opens at 9).
Always feels calmer there than at Stratford. Although I've only ever been to Stratford later in the day to be honest).

Never been to the SB one, but Stratford is a shit hole IMO and was utterly rammed when I was there on Sunday.

Shepard's bush for me.

Stratford is pretty unpleasant and low brow comparatively. (Sorry Stratford!)

Sephora is in both. I live in Walthamstow so Stratford is my local. I worked in the vaccine centre there for a while and I do love it but Shepherd's Bush is definitely nicer. I just don't get there very often as it's the wrong end of town.
