Does anyone wear stockings and suspenders anymore?

I like to wear dresses for work and I usually wear tights. Recently I have been suffering with thrush and I thought the tights could be aggravating things. Can anyone recommend a good brand of opaque stockings or hold ups. The M&S reviews for their hold ups are mixed and a lot are saying they don't hold up!

They are good but only seem to be in black.

Does anyone know if there's any alternative to the normal suspender clasps? No matter how I try it takes me absolute ages to get them close, and even then I don't do it right... yes I've tried doing it before I put them on.

I am not aware of anything. But if you buy good quality suspenders with metal clasps and stiff plastic 'bumps' from places like what Katie did then it should be easier.

Gio suspender belts are good. They are firm and strong and will keep your stockings secure all day as long as you have clipped them on!

I had some knickers that had detachable suspenders straps at the bottom. They were very louche stayed up nicely without the fussiness of a belt. I loved them in my thinner days.
