Great balm cleanser (to replace M&S Pure rose cleanser)

I’ve been very happy with the M&S Pure rose cleanser and went into the app to repurchase yesterday but it doesn’t appear in there at all :(

Any suggestions to replace it with? Ideally with a little fragrance. Thanks all

I use Elemis, both the rose and normal pro collagen cleansing balms. They are really lovely but are more expensive than the M&S one.

poorchurchmouse · 13/11/2023 18:48

Emma Hardie moringa balm is good.

LemonLimeDivine · 13/11/2023 18:49

M&S do a nice dupe of an Elemis cleanser I think. I wrote the name down somewhere….

Inkey list cleansing balm

Farmacy Green Clean is lovely.

ICAN LONDON ROSE 100% PURE PETROLEUM JELLY 368G

The Elemis rose one is absolutely gorgeous but about 3x the price of the M&S one 🥲

BlackSwan · 13/11/2023 19:13

OSKIA renaissance cleansing gel

Soap & glory have a very good balm, not quite as nice as the M&S one but works well

AbsolutelyNebulous · 13/11/2023 19:29

Trilogy makeup be gone cleansing balm is lovely. Smells gorgeous and a little goes a long way.

Emma Hardie Moringa

Body shop chamomile is nice and I find it lasts a very long time

mrsjg · 13/11/2023 19:32

I use the BYOMA cleansing balm - it does the job at a price point I like.

rightyletsmove · 13/11/2023 19:33

Clinique take the day off

TheGreatestAtuin · 13/11/2023 19:36

Another vote for the Inkey List balm. It's a massive tube and lasts aaaages.

I also like the Clinique Take The Day Off balm - but price-wise the Inkey list beats it hands down.

gravitytester · 13/11/2023 19:36

I love the M&S Revive Nourishing cleansing butter. Slightly oilier consistency than. True balm, but smells heavenly.

I LOVE Elemis (especially the neroli one!) but this is the next best for me.
I hated the Body Shop chamomile one and I also hated the Clinique Take the day off.

ValuableLimeLesson · 13/11/2023 19:38

I love the Emma Hardie moringa balm, but can't justify the price tag. I use a Clean It Zero balm from Amazon (the big pink one), and it's fine. Not as nice as the EH, but as effective.

Shroedy · 13/11/2023 19:49

Then I met You and Glow Recipe are lovely, especially if you like a bit of fragrance. Clinique take the day off is effective but not very fun. I've started using the Beauty of Joseon one recently and it's actually a bit of a dupe for the Clinique but at a quarter of the price. Heard good things about the Byoma.

Clinique take the day off

Not found anything better. Prefer it to Elemis.

Farmacy Green Clean is lovely.

I second this! It smells divine and gets rid of even the most stubborn make up.

Rainydays200 · 13/11/2023 20:03

Thanks for all these suggestions. I do love the smell of the Emma Hardie one, but it’s a bit too pricey generally for me. I’ll definitely look at the other suggestions
