Because I can NEVER be arsed. I wear make up every day, blow dry my hair, wear smart clothes, shoes and bags and consider myself well groomed, however I loath nail polish and manicures. Mine are reasonable short, file them occasionally when they get snaggy, and rub cream in them. But that's as much attention as they get.
