CountessDracula · 05/03/2008 11:49

for that price you could get it altered and have the neckline and hemline you want and add a belt

MrsBadger · 05/03/2008 11:54

LittleMissBliss · 05/03/2008 12:31

oops..

PatsyCline · 05/03/2008 13:08

There you go, Beetroot. Carol Whatsherface will never wear that outfit again as she's been papped in it, so just write to her and ask her very nicely if you can borrow her Galaxy dress and matching shoes for the wedding. It seems such a shame for it just be lurking at the back of her wardrobe when you need it. She always seems nice on the telly...

I do like the blue Debenhams dress.

Patsy

Beetroot · 05/03/2008 13:40

lol at the asos one - not me

The Blue dress that whoever is wearing is perfect.

CD is will be too bit - but nice idea

OP posts:
Beetroot · 05/03/2008 13:44

If I spend 100 uid on it and it is crap - i would be pissed!

It is not really likely to be fab is it?

the made up one?

OP posts:
DualCycloneCod · 05/03/2008 13:44

no

Beetroot · 05/03/2008 13:46

no you are right - don't buy it!!!

OP posts:
PatsyCline · 05/03/2008 13:57

I wouldn't risk it.

I really love some of the dresses (LK Bennett etc) that have been on threads over the past week or two. Could you fall in lvoe with one of those and then continue the hunt for the ultimate dress after the March wedding?

Beetroot · 05/03/2008 14:01

Patsy I have not seen anything right - I have given up hope that for the blue one - I will get it made by my mate.

Now I need a wedding one!
