Is this dress inappropriate for a wedding night do

So have a wedding night do this weekend and had planned on wearing this dress. Just realised given that it's white it may be completely inappropriate to wear? What are people's thoughts?

I don't think what you wear matters very much if you're only going to the evening, but you can't wear white.

Don't message the bride to ask- don't put her in that position (as apparently there a plenty of people who would find it difficult to say no). .
Just pick another colour. And something of appropriate formally for the event.

Definitely not for a wedding, evening you want something a but more formal, slinky dress not prairie day summer picnic type dress like that.

I have that dress and I'm going to dye it as I've only worn it once. It not suitable for a wedding as it's a very casual style.
