Is this dress inappropriate for a wedding night do

So have a wedding night do this weekend and had planned on wearing this dress. Just realised given that it's white it may be completely inappropriate to wear? What are people's thoughts?

And they're only bothering to ask because they know it's wrong but what everyone to say "oh that dress is so lovely, you can definitely wear it!".

Too casual and too white. No bride wants sixty text messages asking if they mind if a load of guests who can't use their own loaf wear a white dress to their wedding, don't be silly.

I agree on many of the others opinions. This is more a beach style dress. I think this would fit great, when going on a holiday, just for a quick wrap up, when going to lunch etc.
I think, that i would prefer some more silky or smooth fabric, and maybe go for another color. Somehow I feel like white is reserved for the bride.
However, do whatever you fancy.

My recommendations would be, wear a long dress with color and not to many details.
