Why can I not find a dress like this?

Please help me, I have searched many shops and the entire internet it would seem. I thought I was looking for something very simple, but it would seem not, so please can you all find it for me?

Casual summer dress, jersey/t-shirt material, midi length, it at least over the knee, empire line/tiered, must have a 'proper top' not sleeveless, minimum would be a cap sleeve, happy with round or v neck. I bought this from M&S the other day and it is absolutely perfect but I'm not very keen on the other 2 colours. I definitely don't want above the knee or maxi, nor do I want cotton or linen. I'm looking for something as comfortable as a nightie and hides a multitude of sins.

I'm early 40's and a good size 14 if that helps. Thanks!!

I'm 5 ft 3 so I'd have maybe had just a little shorter but apart from that - perfect

Short sleeved but longer than the dreaded cap

Jersey t shirt material - thick but not too thick

Plain colours - I can't abide patterns!

Comfortable

Easy to dress up if need be but ideal for casual at home days with trainers or Birkenstocks

DP have this kind of dress. Shein might. Tesco too ! Roman , weird fish, worth a look.
