Is this dress any good?

I actually like it, it's pretty but you could dress it up.
Maybe a cream (is the body of the dress cream?) pashmina, add a cream fascinator or even better match the pashmina and fascinator to one of the colours in the dress, the pink would be lovely and then shoes of the same colour and a clutch bag.

Phew! I must have tried about 50 dresses and haven't liked any of them.

I think I need to get it adjusted slightly, can you see the fold above the belt bit? It also slightly falls off my shoulders. Where my trunk is shorter than average I think it's just too long on that bit.

Would this bit be easy to change without ruining the dress? What should I ask for? Essentially just shorten by about a centimeter at the top of each shoulder.

Could I get away with navy accessories do you think? I think navy is my best colour, there is a bit of navy in the dress but is ita bit of a stretch?

And would you say the OP's dress is better than these two?

The black and pink one is actually navy and pink. I think I like this as a dress the best but feel like the length doesn't work for me and makes me look frumpy? If it was shorter I would go for that one I think.

There is also a lot of material (also a good thing as it is very nice quality) but I feel like it maybe makes me look bigger?

Definitely the navy with pink flowers, by far! It's gorgeous. And it absolutely doesn't make you look big - you're very slim, and that dress fits you perfectly.
It's dressier than the white flowery one and the shape is much better for you.

Also - are fascinators still a thing?!
