I'm no stylista but I LOVE the second pair. If I were at the same wedding I'd probably mug you for them!

Not keen on the other two, though (sorry!). The sort of heels on the third pair always remind me of the Queen and the Queen Mother, which is probably not a good thing!

smeeinit · 19/02/2008 14:09

i like the 2nd one.

Cappuccino · 19/02/2008 14:10

I like dos

but I am of your budget

I am trying to buy my entire spring wardrobe for the same amount of money that you could spend on uno

mind you I guess you will have a lot left over if you did not buy that minging coat

DarrellRivers · 19/02/2008 14:11

2 or 3
on balance i love number 3, the heels are great and i am currently v fond of patent
not 1

Karen999 · 19/02/2008 14:12

First ones are gorgeous! Very classic....I imagine they would be just as lovely in the cream but black ones you will prob get more wear out of!

nailpolish · 19/02/2008 14:16

2

one is a bit frumpy
threee is even more frumpy
two are gorgeous

nailpolish · 19/02/2008 14:18

do you mean one (francia) in black or cream? i hate them in black bt i like them in cream

JFly · 19/02/2008 14:29

Out of all of them, numero dos, although round toes always make my feet look short and stumpy.

Agree that chunkier heel is best with wide leg and I do like patent, but one and three are a bit frump/old lady if you ask me.

wheelybug · 19/02/2008 14:36

Love number 2 (wonders if I can start with those and build an outfit around it for a forthcoming wedding...).

Agree 1 & 3 a bit frumpy but that the cream version of 1 look much nicer than black but I'd think black shoes would be better with black trousers.

throckenholt · 19/02/2008 14:42

HOW much ? for one wedding ? eeek.

that said - I don't like number 3 - I think I prefer number 2 (and they are cheaper ).

MamaQuim · 19/02/2008 14:45

OH I love them all

(that doesn't help, does it)

if i had to choose - ummmm - tres

(I love patent and the heel would be fab with wide legged trews)

Tutter · 19/02/2008 16:16

so, a good consensus of opinion then

2, definitely - they're lovely.

Louandben · 19/02/2008 16:26

2 definitely. 1 bit too officey and 3

nailpolish · 19/02/2008 16:41

brocade jacket + patent heels = old spinster

Karen999 · 19/02/2008 17:10
HuwEdwards · 19/02/2008 17:14

Dos.

Uno - v.nice, but look like work shoes.

Tres, apart from heel which is unusual, too plain.

Tutter · 19/02/2008 17:16

ah, do you lapin?

in black or cream?

comfortable?

has the patent gone cracky at all?

just to further confuse myself, these also lovely, but maybe too evening-y

DualCycloneCod · 19/02/2008 17:24

alla re pretty princess anne style btu tow if you HAD to then get a job in an office

Tutter · 19/02/2008 17:24

ok then lapin, on the basis that we must have some common ground in taste, what do you - honestly - think of this?

i already have a gold brocade jacket - 3/4 sleeves, boat neck (very 50s) (or do i mnea 60s...?) - that i love, but my postnatal figure (i really can't et away with using that as an excuse for much longer)) is just slightly too big for it

this is the closest i can find to it

but it's a touch fussy and has long sleeves

i think i like it

but i also love this

[utterly indecisive]

DualCycloneCod · 19/02/2008 17:25
