Buy bimatoprost over the counter in Spain or pretty much every European country. Much cheaper than here UK and I have yet to meet a Spanish pharmacist who couldn't advise you in English. Take a photo of what you want to buy and brandish it if you don't know what to say. Likewise tretinoin if you use that too.

After reading this thread I'm going to give Castor Oil a try , just ordered a small bottle to try put on my eyebrows and eyelashes .

I'll do a 'before' picture and an 'after' in 4 weeks then continue to see if there's any improvement -and another photo 4 weeks after .

I swear by Flash. After three months daily use my lashes are so long I now need to cut right back as my lashes are touching my glasses.
I have previously used Revitalash which was also good but twice the price of Flash.
I'm 67 and have always made a feature of my lashes - haven't gone without mascara since I was 15. I'm blonde/white so need colour on my blonde lashes.
I had extensions twice (original set and one infill, so about five or six weeks only) about five years ago but they are not for me. Not only did I suffer from many instances of getting the odd lash into my eye and having redeye for days, it took months and months for my natural lashes to recover. And while my extensions were not much longer than my natural lashes, and fairly natural, they still felt heavy to wear. Some women - and their lash technicians - often look really comical to me. Yesterday I saw a woman with lashes that would have been an inch long; I could feel their weight myself. Anyway, personal preference ...
Though I use mascara on my upper lashes, I like to dye my lower ones - my eyesight is too poor to neatly apply mascara to my lower lashes, and it can also look a bit heavy. I occasionally have my lower lashes tinted - well, top and bottom, and I like that look. Over the years I have dyed them myself using 1000 hours but the formula has now changed. Previously I would mix the dye with the developer and apply. Now the brand has a two-step process where you apply one then apply the other. It just doesn't work for me, l
ogistically or in terms of colour. Maybe I'll just stick with three weekly lash tints.

I've not used a serum per se but I've been using Boots Age defying mascara, it has a serum in it. Nearly at the end of the bottle and I think my lashes have grown a tiny bit.. It's taken a few weeks mind but i've already got another bottle so i'll see it if it continues.

Don’t waste money on latisse or whatever. Look at united pharmacies and search bimatoprost or just google bimatoprost drops. Cheap as chips. It works really well but i stopped as i got scared after reading about fat loss.

revitalash made me rashy so i am back to stubby lashes now lol

Thanks everyone, lots of useful advice and links. I'm quite nervous about using Bimatropost tbh 😨

Grande Lash is brilliant OP. Revitalash gave me itchy eyes. I buy the brow version (Grande Brow) and use it on both lashes and brows. It's the same formula but a larger quantity in the tube and bigger application brush so easier to apply and better value. No side effects and great lash and brow growth. You really need to persevere and use it every night though.

Li Lash has worked for me, as everyone says it does take 6-10 weeks for the results to show.
I’m 60 and always had dead short poor lashes, and now they have improved so much, they are long enough to curl up!
A few people I know have tried UK Lash and had great results, but they are a lot younger than me.
Has anyone tried both to be able to give an opinion of the benefits of both?
