Pencil eyeliner that really stays on?

Any recommendations? preferably easy to apply and in dark brown but if not black's fine too, it just needs to stay on.

I did fan my eyes when I put it in the lids, but I will try again tomorrow

Update: I'm pretty happy with the Maybelline tattoo one - it's staying on quite well and not too pricey, so thanks to those who recommended it

Hourglass.

I have the hourglass one, not dior, and it stays on better than all my others, but this new one I just brought beats it , I still have it on now from 9am this morning and it hasn't moved.

Wunder2 Super Stay Liner.

I'm afraid to being a cheapskate on makeup (although not skincare) and use Rimmel ones, which Stay put , sharpen well , are soft enough not to be harsh and are cheap, I have blue and black
