Another vote with mrsflowerpot for Eliz Arden 8 hour cream hand cream. It's brilliant but it was a present. Not sure I'd fork out £18 for a handcream normally.
Molton Brown pump action Naranji dispenser £14 Looks Vairy Naice in your bathroom but is actually quite greasy and smells q overpowering. 6/10

Balance Me www.balanceme.co.uk/products_subindex.asp?ProductPriceId=18&ProductSubTypeId=5 super moisturising handcream with Shea Butter - £12.99 - smells phenomenal, makes hands bit greasy for a while, but mine are perpetually knackered due to lack of (say it quietly) dishwasher, so can live with that. Arden's 8 hour cream - the real stuff, not the handcream, is worth whacking on at night if you have really dry hands.

Ooh just remembered the very unattractively packaged but not unattractively priced DermaGuard from MN favourite Lakeland at just £5.29
Doesn't smell, not too greasy and bottle lasts ages though not really pop-in-yer-handbag size and Too Ugly to be left out for people to see.
