Penhaligon’s new fragrance.....gorgeous!

It’s called Highgrove Bouquet. Something to do with King Charles.
I ordered a sample which arrived today.
So fresh and interesting.

Anyone bought from Penhaligon’s? Any recommendations?

I like Empressa. It’s probably worth you buying the scent library so you can try several different ones and see which you prefer.

I like “The Favourite”.

I also have the scent library. In fact I must start using it.

I bought Highgrove in October, I love the mix and its so different.
DH wears Halfeti and Halfeti cedar

Penhaligons doesn't last on me. I love some of the fragrance but it just gads. Have two currently but won't replace them.

My favourites are the tragedy of Lord George, the duchess rose and Luna. I've almost convinced myself to buy a bottle of the lord George - almost, it's so expensive!

For now I just go with the scent libraries

I’ve got Vaara but it’s getting on a bit now. Still wear it occasionally and it seems to be ok. DH bought it for me for a special birthday once, I tried several samples before choosing it as I recall, Empressa being one. Still have all the samples in various wash bags for travel!

CornishTiger I ordered it from their website for £5. A bit spendy I know!

I bought my son a bottle of Halfeti for his 21st. Loved the shop and whole aesthetic of Penhaligons.
I’m trying to engineer a trip to London where me and DH “accidentally” find ourselves outside it.......

Dd's signature fragrance at 18 (not sure if I've brought her up too well or too badly regarding perfume 😅) is Artemisia.
Tbf, the Bath store could do with someone who knows their products a bit better...I was in there in November and told quite categorically that Artemisia in 30ml size didn't exist and never had. So I bought it off the website. Where it clearly did!

I love so many of theirs but haven't tried highgrove bouquet yet.
I wear halfeti a lot and anything spicy really.
And endymion.

Artemisia is my go to evening perfume. It's heavy though.

I love a few of their but I need a lottery win to afford them now

I always buy Halfeti for my DH, we both love it. I got a ladies sample which I really liked too but I can't remember the name (not helpful!)

I love penhaligons but they last 2 hours at the absolute maximum on my skin. Gutted.

They send constant offers- spend xx get a free full-size fragrance, do this game- get a full size fragrance and then they have sales which don't show on their website. Loads of codes fro other free gifts but I alway hold out for the full size fragrance offer

If you buy an atomiser you can get it refilled 6 times in the 1st 6 months for free as well

You get 3 samples for the postage price- again they dont always show on the website so Google penhaligins sample and go from there

Luna, Elisabethan Rose and Duchess Rose are my favourites. Elisabethan Rose lasts the longest and price is ok in the sales if you're happy with unboxed.

I wear Duchess Rose and love it. I bought some recently in duty free, it was £152 so somewhat less than buying in the stores. I’m interested in the pp comment about the atomiser - I bought one at Christmas, if I take it into the Regent St store this week am I able to have it refilled?

Their unboxed sales are the best deal if you're buying for yourself.

I like halfeti on DH but not on me. I don't like Juniper Sling, The Favourite or Luna - they are nowhere near interesting enough to justify the price. I like and have polished off a whole bottle of Castille, I like it but it really doesn't last at all.

I am currently using Gardenia, which I bought blind. It's a bit old fashioned and boring, but will finish it.

Have Vaara and Lily of The Valley to get through also - also blind purchases. I really like Vaara. LOTV is OK.

I quite like Helen, but that line of fragrance is outrageously expensive.

I have a list of others to sniff next time I'm near a shop, but I feel like they should be more impressive than they are for the price.
