I'm definitely not wearing skinny jeans - bootcut all the way here! (actually dh got some really nice straight leg jeans in Topman recently but there doesn't seem to be the equivalent in Topshop)

dualcylindercod · 09/02/2008 16:43

apparently OUT then now bakc in

oyu need to dress ot suit your body shape imo

KaySamuels · 09/02/2008 16:44

Personally I don't care if they are still in as they are fab for my shape, I would like a right twat fashion victim in skinny leg jeans!

If you have the figure for them then - and get them on!

dualcylindercod · 09/02/2008 16:45

there was really good piece in grazia about them
they are best not TOO flappy and worn wiht convers or equiv
comign in thissuimmer are cropped skinnies( i.e capris) wiht zips so if you wear them wiht high heels you can unzip a little so they rest on foot

plus ca change

I have some slightly cropped skinnies with zips at bottom. from River Island. Very nice. Long enough to wear under long boots too. Got in sale. They are my Sandra Dee jeans.

noddyholder · 09/02/2008 16:54

Bootcut looked dated now as they don't seem to go with the new shapes in tops and shoes and my mum wears them and she is OLD!Slouchy shaped slim look nice with flats and heels.Apparently high waisted flares are the thing and v flattering with heels and as cod says blouses but not shirts.I can't keep up!

princessmel · 09/02/2008 16:54

Next do some nice bootcut jeans. Called 'slim bootcut'. Very flattering. Look good on bum. I'm wearing them in one of my profile pics.

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 09/02/2008 16:55

They are apparantly very in for men this Autumn.

princessmel · 09/02/2008 16:55

Yes I have a nice slouch/boyfriend pair too. I love jeans.

Pannacotta · 09/02/2008 17:00

princessmel love the sparkly top you are wearing in one of your profile pics, where you you get that from?

noddyholder · 09/02/2008 17:01

the gap ones aren't particulrly high just not low iyswin.A decent bra and you can wear most things.I bought a nice pair of black slim jeans today in zara for 5.90!And a black slash necked fitted tunic for a fiver too.bargains

princessmel · 09/02/2008 17:03

The top was £5 from New Look, in the sale before Xmas.

The jeans in the boots are skinnys from h

colditz · 09/02/2008 17:04
