so skinny plain denim with little boots are OK, better than bootcut black denim with sparkly bits on. Just need to decide top hlaf now !

well was thinking shirt/blouse type top or poss my fave - wait for it - Versace black sleeveless t shirt top with devine glittery bits on! (but then would need something over the top as liable to be cold!)

to me bootcut jeans are the staple jeans

other styles such as straight leg, skinny, flare, are trends that come and go. the bootcut will stay

unless you shop are m&s - then the straight leg is your staple (god no one suits straight leg do they except middle aged men)

maybe not 'suits' but 'wears'

Quite a few men look daft in bootcut jeans imo, not just the middle aged ones.
