I like the panache ultimate underwired bra for high impact workouts. I buy from boobydoo usually

I'm a similar size to you OP, I always go for shock absorbers. They do different ones for different types of exercise.
I used to use the racer back ones but now the normal strap ones work as well

caramac04 · 15/02/2023 12:20

Try Bravissimo, get a fitting if possible

tweetypi · 15/02/2023 12:20

Yes to panache underwired and shock absorber. I've heard good things about the boobuddy strap too but haven't tried it myself yet.

naemates · 15/02/2023 12:21

Glamorise sports bras are great, they're on Simply Be

AuntieStella · 15/02/2023 12:22

Agree, Panache or Shock Absorber (the Ultimate Run Bras strap em down, the other active styles hold them firmly but not monoboob)

blobby10 · 15/02/2023 12:24

i always go for shock absorber as they are the only 'high impact' sports bras which do actually limit the bouncing.

GiveMyHeadPeaceffs · 15/02/2023 12:26

I'm the same size as you @Shalh and I got a couple of Shock Absorbers for an absolute steal off Vinted. The only problem is that there's not many of them. I also found the high impact M&S ones ok, I run quite a bit and do a boot camp and didn't have any boob issues!

Yogaandcrochet · 15/02/2023 12:27

Panache Sports bras as the best I've found!

TooMuchPowder · 15/02/2023 12:34

I wear 2 bras only way to contain my G's.

greenacrylicpaint · 15/02/2023 12:44

if you are a contortionist:

decathlon cheap and cheerful

you can wear 2 at the same time for extra support.

Yarrawonga · 15/02/2023 13:20

I wear two, too.

Redcrayons · 15/02/2023 13:24

Shock absorber ultimate run bra.

LetterOfTheLawFella · 15/02/2023 13:49

Boobuddy

ghostyslovesheets · 15/02/2023 18:36

I do trampoline aerobics - I used to wear shock absorber but I now ear Next Active high impact - works well - my tip - go a cup size down - 34 D and I buy a C cup - hold them firmly in place

Netcam · 15/02/2023 18:43

This is my favourite bra, I wear it on the rebounder. 34D and I get a size L:

Nooshoos123 · 15/02/2023 18:45

BoobBuddy with sports bra solved the upward motion problem for me!

thenightsky · 15/02/2023 18:46

Shock absorber. The one that used to be called Level 4 but may have been renamed now. I've tried various others, but nothing comes close to keeping me steady (34F).

NeverDropYourMooncup · 15/02/2023 18:50

Bog standard Primark sports and a compression top with support from Amazon works very well for me. Never did get on with shock absorbers, as the bit in the middle wasn't snug enough to do anything but have them shaking around like two jellies in a teacup.

Tunnocks091 · 15/02/2023 18:52

M&S high impact - swear by it! About 28 quid

Bananajam · 15/02/2023 20:52

I've just bought two replacement sports bras from Asda, high impact, zip front and they're properly sized too in cups rather than S/M/L. £10 although they seem to have a deal on as I paid £9 each. I'm a size 32E and they're comfortable with no movement!

ninjafoodienovice · 15/02/2023 23:13

I'm a 36 FF - agree with others, the panache ones are the only ones that work for running or jumping up and down

blobby10 · 18/02/2023 07:58

Word of warning if you use the M&S High Impact one (which seemed fine initially) and do mountain climbers - I got bumped in the chin by my boobs when doing these yesterday! Never happens with my Panache. I'm only a D cup too!

CouldIHaveThatInEnglishPlease · 18/02/2023 11:20

32G here. I just wear a regular bra and a sports “bra” (aka tight crop top) over the top. That seems to hold them in place when pounding the treadmill

WhoppingBigBackside · 18/02/2023 11:24

Shock absorber or M&S High Impact. They need to be tight.
