I’m also a 34E and wear a Shock Absorber, I’ve tried loads of different brands but find that any with a front zip come undone during a workout and the Next/M&S tend to have those straps that you can change around and too many times they’ve come undone whilst using the Ski Erg!!

I’ve also got a Nike compression sports bra which is fantastic once it’s on, but it’s a nightmare to actually get on and off as it’s an over the head type, also I think it was around £50.

I always wear 2 one of which will be a Freya Epic underwired - John Lewis sell them. Keep my 34Fs rock solid. I tired a Panache recenlty as they gott a very good review in Runners World this month but they aren't as supportive.

Always worth checking on brastop before you buy as they may have last seasons colour cheaply. Flat £1 delivery at the moment with the code ADD2BAG.

Another vote for wearing two.
