Very low heeled dressy shoes

Hello!

Had to have my big toe fused in September, have a 40th at the weekend, and can't find any remotely dressy shoes with a very low heel....
Ideally black/glitzy kitten heeled slingbacks, no more than a 3 cm heel.

Does such thing exist?

Or anything which will look dressy/sexy/stylish....

Lots of kitten heels on Amazon. Sandals and courts. Next are good too ( am tall don’t like to tower 🤣)

I know it probably sounds pathetic, but I've never felt 'dressed up' in flats...

Definitely need to have a word with myself, and change my mindset.
