Not skinny jeans, not mom jeans

I swear there used to be a style of jeans called "cigarette"?

I'm looking for new jeans. I don't want mom jeans, but I don't want skin-tight skinny jeans either. I want something in between the two that also aren't "straight" jeans. Am I making sense? Can anyone point me in the right direction, please?

I didn't like those, way too much stretch and just not flattering. Couldn't put my finger on it but they just felt meh

I have the siena jeans too, but I find they are a straight style.

They are quite snug on the thigh.

I have a pair of Levi’s 724 that are slightly fitted in the bum and thigh but straighter from the knee down.

As mentioned above - The cigarette style 'Harper' from M&S. I cannot wear skinny as I am a size 20 and it looks like over stuffed sausage skins when I wear them. I am also not sure of anything wide/flared as I think it makes me look too big. I normally wear Bootleg but have come across the cigarette ones in my wardrobe and they are really flattering I think and comfy to wear.

Quite excited to see Primark have launched quite a few new denim styles this week that look quite promising!

Levi’s slim jeans are similar, you can get them in different lengths:

M&S Lily jeans are perfect! On the website they look on the skinny side but they are more straight leg in real life.

Also very comfy and reasonably priced.

Next Slim cut are exactly what you want. Just discovered them and I have already bought two pairs as they are all I want to wear

I bought slim straight jeans (unfinished hem) from Primark that I like. The light wash are on sale for £4.00.

Just realised that rather than be light wash the jeans I bought from Primark for £4 are stone wash!

I like the Next slim fit jeans for style and fit. They look nice rolled up. In the regular length, they do 'odd' sizes as well as evens. I'm between a size 12 and size 14 for jeans and this is the only shop where I've found size 13... game changer!
