Underwear - where do you buy?

Need some inspiration for new underwear. I have lots of pretty stuff but I'd like better day to day.

I like the simple style of skims but I don't want to buy from the kardashian empire. That kind of smooth comfortable underwear is what I'm looking for, not uncomfortable underwire or fussy.

Any recommendations?

I like the pants in Pink.

Veryverycalmnow · 15/01/2023 20:14

I'm old fashioned and always go with m and s for underwear.

MandaLynn · 15/01/2023 20:15

Primark actually has pretty good seamless underwear. Very Skims-esque

Tokyo Laundry. 100% cotton and really pretty. Lots of cotton options are very granny-like but Tokyo Laundry's are pretty. Discovered them through TK Maxx.

If aesthetics were no consideration, I'd go for cotton M&S full briefs every time though! Haha.

mrsmacmc · 15/01/2023 20:17

M&S for knickers all the way!

Purpleavocado · 15/01/2023 20:17

Boody are so comfortable

Nitgel · 15/01/2023 20:18

I posted this on another thread, they're so comfy

@Nitgel
can you verify that these definitely don’t disappear up your bum? 😂 sorry to ask but I’m looking for knickers that won’t do that!

Nitgel · 15/01/2023 20:18

Why are they only 'one size'?! Also nylon - is it breathable?

Tiddlywinkly · 15/01/2023 20:33

Sloggi might fit the bill?

OlleOskiFelle · 15/01/2023 20:34

Superdry/Hollister/Victoria's secret

Floralnomad · 15/01/2023 20:37

Techno56 · 15/01/2023 20:44

M&S flex fit modal ..so comfy

Findyourneutralspace · 15/01/2023 20:45

Is size an issue? I swear by Bravissimo, but I have massive boobs and need the bigger cup sizes.

Nitgel · 15/01/2023 20:50

They dont disappear are breathable and stretch to fit.

doadeer · 15/01/2023 21:18

I'm a D and size 10/12

Thanks for all the suggestions!

Think I first heard about them from a Mumsnet newsletter but Wirarpa from Amazon are really comfortable and long lasting. Much prefer them to my previous staple of M&S or John Lewis.

DeFacto · 16/01/2023 01:18

You need Commando, the same as skims but non-Kardashian based! It's great and the only stuff I wear now, completely invisible under all clothes.

Commando.

I just bought pants from m&s last week and it was only when I got home I realised they were Sloggi! Explains why they're so comfy.

Hanky Panky. Expensive at first glance but pretty, comfortable, flattering and never lose their shape.
