Louis Vuitton Neverfull

I was considering getting the neverfull but I am literally seeing it everywhere now as it's really common. I love the bag and the pattern rather than the monogram version. I also love that it's roomy so you can get loads in and it also comes with a removable pouch.

Do you ladies have any suggestions for another Louis bag with a similar aesthetic but not as common? I like this one:

But I think I would prefer two handles and a bit longer so easier to get on and off the shoulder.

I hardly ever see them. I notice when I do as I’ve fancied one myself since seeing them mentioned on here. I love seen about two I think in the last year or so (commuting into central London every day). Where do you live? Maybe they’ve caught on in some areas.

Nice to see someone else knows this brand on MN. Very under the radar. Super strong too. My Goyard are really over priced shit in comparison. So fragile

I found the MM too small, it looked weird on me (5’9), the GM is brilliant and I use it all the time. Also got the DE print. Fancy the DA for summer, maybe in speedy or noe noe.

@MyNameIsAngelicaSchuyler I think I will get MM as I'm 5'3 so think this will suit me and still get loads in!

@sunja luckily for my bank account they will not ship to my location and I don't have a LV store. Maybe I need to have a mooch when I travel to London in November😀

I have the MM in monogram with a dark pink interior (which I waited ages for my local LV store to get in!) and I love it.
It's a perfect size for me at 5ft 5, I use it everywhere including the beach and the football fields and it never seems to get scratched or marked. Looks as good as new after about 4 years of heavy use.
I have a smaller crossbody LV in the summer grey and white print (sorry, can't remember the name) and I'm constantly terrified of something getting spilled on it or dye rubbing off my clothes on to it so don't use it nearly as much as I would like to.

I can’t believe they’ve gone up so much in price!! I paid £450 for mine in 2009- which I know was 13 years ago but they’re now three times the price which is mental.

I sold mine on eBay- for a profit- as the straps kept digging in to my shoulder blades.

@Coffeefreak272 that really is an insane increase. But makes me want to get one asap as the prices will just keep increasing!

I have the GM and I love it so much, it's so versatile. Beach bag? Airport bag? Diaper bag? Grocery bag? You name it, I've used my Neverfull for it. I've had it for around 6 years and it still looks as good as new, with no scratches or other marks.

If you want an alternative I'd look into the Goyard st. Louis.

I have the medium Neverfull. I love it but would have liked a zip closure. It's heaven for pickpockets

@BackToWhereItAllBegan ive got The exact the same one. I’d lusted after one for years and when I went back to work a couple of years ago I splurged. It’s the BEST thing I have ever bought. I love it so so much it gives me great joy. I suspect some people may assume it’s fake but I know it’s not and tbh I care not. It’s so useful and looks fantastic with everything. It’s super strong and fits so much in

@Kenworthington I have to agree! I waited ages for the dark pink interior but it still makes me happy every time I use it and the wallet looks lovely with the pink zipper!!
And it's definitely super strong, I've had several similar sized Kate Spade bags which have really pretty designs but they look so battered after a few months of heavy use that it was actually more economical to buy the LV Neverfull in the long run ;)

@sunja I live in the US and this was about 4 years ago so may not be relevant to you but I waited about 6 months.
My local LV store had plenty of the Neverfulll in stock but only in the beige lining, they were never quite sure when they would get any of the pink ones so I just had to wait for the call!

@sunja can you check store availability online? See if they have it in your store? I would also sign up for email notifications.
I did for a pair of sunglasses that I treated myself too 😀
