Calling all size 12 women with BOOBS!! Have you bought an occasion dress lately?

I need a couple of dresses for semi-formal occasions this summer. Not weddings but a step up from a bbq iyswim.

I am 34F and a size 12. Despite being a standard dress size I think I have a very tricky body to dress! It doesn’t take much for me to look matronly (because of the boobs). Anything empire is a no-go!

Has anyone of similar proportions found a flattering dress this season? Please?

Short answer: No. I rarely find dresses that fit my waist and boobs and the floaty dresses out atm don’t do me any favours. I have a grand total of 2 dresses in my wardrobe!

It's very flattering, I'm a short 10/12 with 34G boobs. It does need a camisole underneath or you risk flashing boobs but I bought a cheap navy satin one which does the trick.

Or is it too informal. I have lots of dresses from Fat Face and Boden, because they have elasticated panels, so you can drop a couple of sizes but still have capacity for excess boobage. I am a 32H.

Another vote for Pepperberry! Their clothes come in curvy, really curvy and super curvy in 10, 12, 14 etc, so they fit your dress size, but with enough room for the knockers.

What don't you try "girl meets dress" and that way you can hire them all, try on a few sizes and get a refund on the ones you don't wear.

About £50 an occasion then, instead of £150+ and you can try different styles.

Unfortunately bravissimo don't do clothes anymore but you can still find some good second hand items on places like eBay. Especially dresses where they've just been worn a couple of times

No I don't have it. I want it though. I'm the same size as you and booby and find this style normally works for me.
