I think it might be linked to my mental health.
Also I just really really really like clothes. There are so many lovely clothes out there. Shoes. Bags. But I need to stop!
Or - at least buy more cheaply.

You need a new high. Could you start selling on depop/vinted for the same buzz and use the money you make to fund your habit

I found that having a mindless game on my phone helped for the boredom although not particularly nourishing thing to spend time doing.
