So I've done a bit more searching and I am definitely drawn to the same style. It seems to be a popular style the short oversized trench but I agree it's not for everyone

I'm guessing you're a 28 or 30E? That's not a big bust. I like the coat, if you like it go back and try on the S and XS and see if you still like it

Yes you can be an E and "not busty", cup size doesn't determine what people imagine it does, it's all relative to the band sizing. I've been fitted to 28E, 30E, 28F, 32DD - I don't have a large bust though.

To me it looks like the designer couldn't decide exactly what it was they wanted so threw a little bit of everything in. That said, it must have something you really like or you wouldn't keep thinking about it. Go try it on again and take a photograph this time and make your own mind up, you definitely can't please everyone else

Unfortunately I don't have an arket in my town so will need to plan another shopping trip, but yes I agree about trying it on again. I'm usually quick to buy things on an impulse so the fact I didn't must mean I am not 100% plus I did hesitate at the price. I am sure h&m will have something similar for much much less

I like it but I think it looks good on a tall, flat, thin frame. It’s all in how it’s carried off.

PS I've had a lifelong admiration of the YSL Le Smoking look. As an E too I would look like a bundle of washing OK I probably look like that anyway

It even looks awful on the model. Really bad sign. I like the Cos one though.

If you were at least 5 foot 9, no more than a size 10 or a small c cup, and you were generally good at working a scandi utilitarian vibe.. then I don’t see anyone loving it but it could do a job

E cup means boobs 6 inches bigger than underbust. That’s 3 inches per boob, hardly enormous. Think some people need to check out boob or bust!

I like it. I’m very into the oversized, Scandi vibes at the moment!
