it's hard to say I think, especially just based on two pics and also since some people genuinely think apple shapes have waists bigger than their hips and boobs, which I would say is not true for most apples unless very overweight.
Maybe someone irl could tell you?
The problem is though that friends etc won't say apple as they probably think it's insulting 🙄😂.
Apple doesn't equal very large with no waist and big tummy. Angelina Jolie is an apple ffs! And obviously I look exactly like her 
I'm sure some places will assess you and tell you your specific shape and what suits you. But you'd need to pay for it. Or could you do a personal shopping type experience and see if they could advise on what suits you? You don't have to buy anything, or you could maybe buy one or two things but keep to a budget.
I do think we end up talking at cross purposes on here sometimes. I look at your pics and think "apple", but many others think hourglass. If you came on with no pictures and said "I'm a size 18 (or whatever) hourglass / apple and I want a dress for an event", people would advise you based on the shape you've mentioned which clearly means different things to different people 🙃. I had no idea when I started threads saying I was apple shape some people envisaged someone whose waist was bigger than their boobs and hips for example.
Maybe it's all pretty meaningless and we just need to try things on 🤷♀️
