It’s beautiful and I’d wear it for a wedding without a 2nd thought

germsandcoffee · 13/02/2022 08:10

I wore one almost identical but in blue for a winter wedding and the bride loved my outfit.

redambergreengo · 13/02/2022 08:12

I think it's less wedding and more cocktail dress. I'd say too fancy for a wedding unless black tie.

SeanMean · 13/02/2022 08:15

It’s lovely and very wedding-y….go for it!

namechangeanonymous · 13/02/2022 12:37

I would have loved a guest at my wedding to wear something so pretty! Go for it

Latara · 13/02/2022 18:43

I would wear it!

Theblacksheepandme · 13/02/2022 19:16

It's a lovely dress for a wedding. Only wear a pashmina if the wedding is 1990's themed.

Hopefullyoneday12 · 13/02/2022 19:21

I think it's beautiful and not too much. Very nice for a glam wedding.

drpet49 · 14/02/2022 07:24

Bridesmaid dress for me

proopher · 14/02/2022 09:56

I don't think it's bridesmaidy at all. Bridesmaids are all in long floaty things around here!

FluffEverywhere · 14/02/2022 10:05

Go for it, it's lovely!

AlandAnna · 14/02/2022 10:20

Agree - perfect for a wedding in 2022

DillDanding · 14/02/2022 10:23

It’s lovely. They seem to have it in size 20 only!

FfsKaren · 14/02/2022 10:23

It's lovely at my dsis wedding recently the best man's wife had a dress very similar to this (except it was a long dress) and she looked lovely

Thatsplentyjack · 14/02/2022 10:25

That's beautiful. I don't think it's too much at all.

Thatsplentyjack · 14/02/2022 10:27

There's apparently oy 1 dress left in a size 20 though so if that's your size, you better order quick.

notthemum · 14/02/2022 10:28

I think it's fab. Not my usual taste at all but definitely right for a wedding.

Kshhuxnxk · 14/02/2022 10:30

Definitely not too much and to be honest I thought it was from Quiz.

Pyri · 14/02/2022 10:30

Lovely dress.

But some of these suggestions…Nothing good can come of wearing a pashmina! It’s not 2006 anymore!

ChickenStripper · 14/02/2022 10:37

It is the kind of thing that tends to come up when you google mother of the groom dresses which I've been doing for about a year now 😂

Theblacksheepandme · 14/02/2022 12:50

Pyri
Lovely dress.

I know, bloody pashminas and facinators as well.

User0610134049 · 14/02/2022 12:51

I was expecting to click on it and see a full on gown or bridesmaid dress or something.

Looks great for a wedding, bling-y for sure but not too much.

Pyri · 14/02/2022 12:52

Indeed, and matching shoes with handbag
bonfireheart · 14/02/2022 12:53

It's gorgeous OP. Weddings are an excuse to dress up.

Alfixn · 14/02/2022 13:00

That's perfect for a wedding guest. I don't think it's particularly lavish or outlandish in any way, it's the level of dressy that I would expect at any wedding I went to (Ireland - maybe weddings are more dressy here?). If it was a black tie wedding I would go more formal again - ballgown territory.

I wouldn't say it's bridesmaidy either - bridesmaids around my neck of the woods tend to wear floor length, block colours.
