What's the most amount of points you've had on a Boots loyalty card?

What's the most amount of points you've ever racked up and what have you spent those points on?

Spent on perfume

My dm paid for vaccinations for all the dgc a few years ago and had over £100 worth

I reckon about £60ish? I bought a Dyson hairdryer on a big points offer and already had some from premium beauty and lots of parent club stuff. Just spent it gradually over time.

I'm not sure, but enough to buy a decent hairdryer.

I had around 50 quids worth. I bought perfume.

Over £200

Currently at £92

And Boots wiped them off after a length of time! Gutted.

Do they wipe them @Rummikub ?? What's the rules? I have quite a lot...might need to spend them.

It was over a year and when I went to use my card it wasn’t recognised/ invalid.
Boots wouldn’t reinstate the points but gave me £10 worth as goodwill.

I still think about them!

Really?! I've never had points wiped off.

Yes it happened.
I collected loads of points with buying baby stuff.
Then I can’t remember exactly the order but it was about a year of inactivity and then my points disappeared.

@Rummikub thanks, I've just looked on their website and it says 2 years of inactivity and it removes them. Well worth remembering.

I have 150 on mine ...
2 years of inactivity ... does that mean if I keep adding to it I'm OK???

I think you’re ok as you’re not inactive. Everytime you add points that’s an activity. But might be worth checking.

I have exactly 155.76. Can’t bring myself to spend them now as it’s taken me so long to save.

What I have now £184, I'm saving for when I move to buy Woodwick candles.

I've had close to £100 before and bought myself perfume or skincare. Just spent them the other day in fact!

No, they don’t wipe them.

About £225 for me, built up over three years.

Over £100 worth. So probably £120 roughly.

About 145 . I bought Dior moisturiser .

I used to buy a ton of stuff each year at their Christmas shopping events when they used to do the really good points offers - would build up about £60 worth of points and then use it on makeup each time. Since they stopped being so generous with the points and stopped the Christmas events I don’t bother any more!

I used to work for them as a student and one year we got a staff Christmas bonus in advantage card points. I can’t remember how much it was but close to £100 I think.

I had over £300 in points by the time we had DS 🙈
Things like our car seat etc were the same price on boots as they were elsewhere so bought anything like that from Boots where we could tried to do it when they had points events on 😊
Every so often I do a big order and top up on his toiletries/new dummies/wipes etc and I just use the points to pay for it. He’s 1 now and I’ve still got £98 left on the card 😊
