How to dress for an occasion with massive boobs

I’ve already had slightly disproportionate boobs, but now I’m breastfeeding and wearing a 34GG which honestly is still a bit tight, I think I might actually need an H. My waist and hip measurements are a size 10. I’ve got broader than average shoulders, but not extremely so.

What the hell am I supposed to wear to a wedding? I’d need maybe a size 18 dress to fit my boobs, which would drown me everywhere else. I could try stretchy fabric, but I don’t think jersey tends to look very smart and even with the stretch I think I’d need to size up. Tailoring would be even more hopeless. How am I supposed to look decent in a tailored jacket?

Please help me. It will be a spring wedding.

If anyone has any more general advice for dressing my sort of body, that would be great too. It’s depressing me that clothes just aren’t made to fit me, never mind look good.

If I was you I'd go for separates, a v necked blouse ( not necessarily low cut) and either a skirt or trousers that way they'll both fit, too like this, it may need a judicious popper or stick to keep it in place. I have a dress with a similar neckline and I wear a tiny brooch.
I love these trousers but I'm a bit lost if trousers are more formal than jogging bottoms

Coast do some lovely occasion wear separates. Lots of the larger sizes still in the sale

No high necks with tits

Phase eight often have wedding appropriate jersey dresses. Or I go for a really fancy skirt (from coast etc) with a more simple jersey top and then glam up with accessories
However I’ve learnt to sew and it is life changing!

I went to a wedding not long after I had my daughter, when my body had shrunk but my boobs were huge. I wore a sleeveless black jersey wrap top, with cream wide leg tailored trousers and a large cream/gold head piece fascinator thingy.

If broad shoulders then you’ve probably got a decent collar bone so a square neck sat on the shoulder tips would offset any disproportion.

Try a silk shirt in a size big enough not to gape over the bust tucked into something high waisted. Either a cool patterns suit trousers (and you possibly could wear the jacket open) or a nice flowy midi skirt. Dark or black skirt plus fun patterned suit or skirt would minimize the boobs. The shirt need to be silk or possibly thin vicose for this to work. You need to be able to stuff all the extra material round the waist into your skirt/trousers without it looking bulky.
I have a similar body type and this is how I coped with needing to look smart at work while breastfeeding.
