As I am looking forward to this thought would set up a thread so we can compare thoughts on the contents daily come December 1…..

This is my usual powder for under eyes so happy to have another in my stock pile. I have paid £18 for this size in the past.

I have the world's oiliest forehead, so I will definitely use today's powder!

And it makes a nice change from the travel-sized Laura Mercier powder that usually end up in calendars

@Jooox I went for a Neom diffuser.
I hope it turns up. Seems a strange replacement though.
I tried the exfoliant things this morning. Skin feels lovely. I didn't find it too strong. No tingling or anything.
That little box of 5 is £20.00

My replacement rocked up today.
It wasn't the diffuser as promised but a body scrub. Not happy.

I have recently started with the Hourglass powders so I am not sure if I will use today's. Those who do, do you use it all over or just in certain areas?

@JemimaPyjamas what are the hourglass ones like? I have heard they are great. Thinking of trying hourglass concealer and powder. Just wondering if they are worth it.

I bought this palette for the holidays that didn't happen last year, and I now use it all the time. The Clinique loose powder I have feels like I've used talc in comparison! Its really effective but doesn't look like you are wearing anything, and the bronzer is very subtle but also works well with the 'I woke up like this' vibe!

I love it! Hang on though, it often crops up with money off.

A friend described the Rosi Drops as "blusher for those who are afraid of blusher" and I have to agree! It gives a nice flush when used neat.

@CeeCeeDeeBee I am going to give them a go today. I tried mixing them with moisturiser and it didn't really do much. Maybe I will love them used neat

Lip Therapy/balm
Not very exciting

It’s nice though. My lips are very dry from cold weather and indoor heating

@Chickydoo that’s really disappointing. First of all they can’t give a straight swap and then send something totally different to the replacement item you chose. I had an email saying my replacement had been delivered but I can’t find anything.

@JemimaPyjamas I used it just under eyes and it does a great job of stopping my makeup smudging.

Seems a bit tight giving us a mini version of a 4g lip balm.

Fresh is another brand for me that's consistently disappointing.

Hmmm todays is very much a DOD for me as my £2 Burts Bees lip balm is better.

Really regretting not getting the Cult beauty calendar now. That tiny lip balm is really pathetic. It’s like a free sample rather than an item in a luxury calendar that is very expensive.

This is my first luxury calendar and as it stands, I don’t think I’ll be repeating next year. I enjoyed my H&B one more (opened in November) but that might be due to my high expectations with space NK being £159 more expensive.

Christ, so much whingeing on this thread. It's putting a real downer on it for those of us enjoying the calendar!

At the end of the day, everyone had a chance to see exactly what was in the calendar before buying, so I don't really understand all the complaints now - you should have just decided not to get it in the first place!

I was going away for the evening when the mini powder arrived so was great to have a little one. I tend to do my nose with it as I don’t like that to get shiny. Have just opened the lip balm and trying it for the night, lots of claims on anti-aging and more definition which might not be realistic but we will see. It seems very nourishing, quite posh and sustainable (possibly) that it’s metal. Feels good quality. We will see….

I haven't opened yesterdays or todays because I've been away over the weekend (and shouldn't really be reading the thread ), but if there's a tiny lip balm that might fit in the zip part of my purse I'll be very happy.

I like Fresh though (the Kombucha face essence stuff is one of my HG products, even though I don't really know what it is) :).

I used Opelex tonight and the exfoliate in orange pack (2 daily wipes) both fabulous. Might need to get more body cream - I like the Bom Dia smell.

I’ve had one of these lip balms before. Very good for dry lips. I like it.

My SpaceNK was a gift so I’m delighted with everything even if I pass stuff on.

I love the bom dia cream. It might go into sale if anyone wants to rebuy.
