Is available on Thursday in store and online apparently.

I loved the Neals yard hand cream too! I’ve re purchased several times since.

lockdownalli · 09/12/2021 17:21

Gosh yes, that NY Bee Lovely hand cream is divine.

That may have been my first year too!

I also have the full size of todays shower gel from a previous calendar or beauty bag.

DobbyTheHouseElk · 09/12/2021 18:46

I’m really tempted to buy some of the hand cream. It was so lovely. I got a NY hand “lotion” last Christmas. I need thick proper cream.

Plantsandpuddlesuits · 09/12/2021 21:21

I use neals yard hand cream every day. I have a little bedtime ritual. I have a little pouch thing by my bed with my book or kindle, handcream eye cream lip balm and pillow spray in. I put all the creams etc on then read while they soak in. I have the rose handcream and the bee one. You can buy them in waitrose.

Talisin · 10/12/2021 06:41

Very useful currently but teeny tiny size! Come on guys, this is not a product where less is more.

MrsWidgerysLodger · 10/12/2021 07:06

Given the size of the box I was rather disappointed that this wasn't full size. Seems rather miserly tbh. Ah well it'll go in my handbag regardless to get used.

Lipsandlashes · 10/12/2021 07:32

Disappointing. I don’t like hand cream anyway, so was planning on giving it to my mum if any appeared in the calendar but this just looks miserly.
I really want some make up now.

Countmeout · 10/12/2021 07:34

I like some of the Prai I’ve tried. Handy for a bag. I have ancient hands, anything welcome for them.

Lowlifeinhighplaces · 10/12/2021 07:39

just opened todays tiny offering, the box was deceiving, not impressed with the size at all bit disappointing, will go in the draw of pick and mix at work.

Tried the body wash last night, now things called anti fatigue/stress or relax or maybe detox, mean absolutely nothing to me, it makes no difference other than it washes my body. I certainly did not feel anti fatigued after.....not that impressed with this REN product.

HollyHocks13 · 10/12/2021 07:42

This is disappointingly small! I need hand cream but this will only be a couple of uses as my hands are so dry!
I think I'd rather a cheaper brand but in a bigger size when it comes to hand cream...

friedeggandsauce · 10/12/2021 08:20

Really small!!! Handy for a handbag I suppose but I'm sure they could have gone a bit bigger 🙄

Anjelika · 10/12/2021 08:23

Very miserly offering today. Agree with PP that said it will literally be used up in 2 goes. Not overly impressed with another shower gel yesterday either. I would never pay more than £1 for shower gel so wouldn't dream of repurchasing. I like to get things that I might purchase again one day.

Helpstopthepain · 10/12/2021 08:27

I use a lot of hand cream so this is nice but oh so tiny! It will get used (in one day).

Helpstopthepain · 10/12/2021 08:28

Just shows not to get excited by the size of the box!

Chrysanthemum5 · 10/12/2021 08:32

I love todays - their neck creams are something I use after trying them in the advent calendar. Having said that it is the smallest tube

OchonAgusOchonOh · 10/12/2021 08:57

Agree with others. I like a hand cream but it's a bit small.

Luvacuppatea · 10/12/2021 09:04

I’m happy with the hand cream. The size is great to throw in a handbag for a day out. Love the smell too......

Nuffaluff · 10/12/2021 09:16

Yes, I’ve been a bit meh over the last couple of days.
Having said that, I put the nail varnish on yesterday and I love it. I really like the tomatoey redness of it. Lovely shimmer to it too. I find nails inc lasts a pretty long time on my nails too. I put a different colour on last week (from a previous calendar!) and it lasted five days before chipping. Also my nails seem in better condition which is weird!
Might treat myself to a more unusual colour by them to cheer me up in January.

Nuffaluff · 10/12/2021 09:17

That sounds lovely.

SomethingAboutNothing · 10/12/2021 09:21

Haven't been on for a few days as I've been working shifts, going out tonight though so will be sampling a few of the goodies today in preparation!

I'm looking forward to trying the two hair products, I've had the elasticiser in the past but I'm not sure I've ever used it properly Confused

I like the nail varnish, not my usual colour but it is suitably festive for a Christmas night out!

I agree the hand cream is small but will be handy to fit in my pocket at work, my hands are a mess at the moment.

DobbyTheHouseElk · 10/12/2021 09:36

There was me wishing for a hand cream. This is a joke size. Again a big box with a disappointment inside.

My dry old paws will use this up by lunchtime.

DobbyTheHouseElk · 10/12/2021 09:37

Also it contains nut oil.

Beware if you have allergies.

latedecember1963 · 10/12/2021 09:45

How funny that we were only chatting about handcream yesterday.
The word 'miserly' was my reaction too, Anjelika. It's not hugely expensive and surely the people at M and S must realise that people's hands are in need of TLC during an ordinary winter, never mind one where we're all using sanitisers. I don't normally grumble, but as others have said the box size probably set me up for disappointment.
Anyway, today's value is £2.41, bringing us to a total of £93.83.

IToldYouIWasFreaky · 10/12/2021 09:50

I'm actually surprised by the nail varnish too. I tried it on one nail a few days ago, just one coat with no base or top coat to see what the colour was like and a) I really like and b) it's not chipped! I am going to apply to all my nails today.

tandt5 · 10/12/2021 09:51

Used elasticizer yesterday, quite pleased with the result but can only do that on my days off when I can walk around with hair turban and not in a rush...
Agree regarding the size of the cream (will probably get used up in one go).
