Martha Louise looks more like Queen Sonja with every passing year. And Princess Ingrid resembles them both too.

I was just on my way here to sound the tiara klaxon, but you've all beaten me to it. I'm not keen on the ombré vibe of Max's dress but can we take a moment to admire her tiara and earrings?

Loving both of Max’s looks today - lovely dresses, and dripping in jewels. Metre-Marit and Sonia looked lovely too, bar the ill-matched scarf MM draped all over herself at the airport arrival.

Max is dripping in gems noticed bracelets on each arm cannot find a clear shot of them nor whether she's wearing rings. If you've got it flaunt it 😁

I absolutely love Max’s green dress, gorgeous colour and fabric. Is it Natan? It’s got a sophisticated fifties vibe with its boat neckline and intricate pleating, and Max really carries off that glamorous look.

I didn’t think Queen Sonja’s powder blue outfit really worked, the hat did nothing for her, and the boots were completely wrong colour & shape to go with the style of the powder blue coat.

MM’s oatmeal Fendi dress with the white yoke collar was a touch too “Handmaid extra” for me.

Looking forward to tomorrow’s outfits.

Interesting story on BBC News about the sale of Marie Antoinette’s diamond bracelets, smuggled out of France, they remained within her family for over two hundred years. They’ve sold at auction for the first time for £5.8 million!

Here are a couple of pics of Marie Antoinette's bracelets. They'd look rather nice with Max's tiara that's just a single row of huge round diamonds I think.
Also, a pic of the ruby bracelet that Wallis Simpson was given by the Duke on their first wedding anniversary which didn't sell at the auction. Maybe we could have a whip round, tenner each to start?

I do wonder about the logistics of travelling with such priceless jewels. Is there a jewellery wrangler whose sole job is keeping an eye on them? Are they insured against loss or theft and if so, how expensive must that premium be?

I love the ombré dress, beautiful! Is it a cape? Or just sort of attached!? I especially like the sapphire tiara and earrings, most definitely not a starter tiara.

There's a shop in Llandudno that sells jewellery, vintage, from fabulous fine to paste. I was like a kid in a sweet shop yesterday. There's one ring that I really liked but it's not cheap and I have so much already I no longer wear because we hardly go out and never to anything that demands lots of sparkle. It's sad.
