Long lasting perfume

I've tried lots of different perfumes over the years and none of them seem to last. I got a flowerbomb a few months ago, and it is lovely when you spray it, but literally after minutes it seems to have worn off. Does anyone have any recommendations for long lasting floral based fragrances?

Another vote for Do Son by Diptque, I got a sample in their Christmas advent Calendar last year and I have purchased the full size and worn it a lot this year.

It's very subtle but also has longevity.

Well. my samples arrived today..Maison Francis Kurdjian....the baccarat rouge is not very intense at all...very dissapointed...dont understand the rave reviews....the silk and satin oud are much nicer...still think the louis vuitton ones are better and longer lasting but so pricey !!

Poison...now very pricey as discontinued etc....lasts for weeks....!!

@earsup I don't think Poison is discontinued although the eau de parfum is hard to find. The EDT is available and this may be one of those cases where the EDT is plenty strong enough!

IMO, if you can still feel the scent after wearing it for hours, then it's too strong or you've put on too much.
Our noses (or rather brains) adapt to the smell and stop noticing it.

Friday before last I was mooching around Flannels and I walked past the Le Labo counter, I could smell a really nice fragrance and the woman on the counter said she had just sprayed Another 13, I sprayed one spray on my jacket sleeve and I can still smell it any time I walk past my jacket. I think I might have to splurge, it's expensive but I'm presuming I won't need to use much.

I got a sample of the new Estee Lauder perfumes when they were giving them away. They claim to last 12 hours and mine definitely did, tempted to get one for this reason alone. Annoyingly no samples available now so I can't smell full range.

The original one sells for silly money on Ebay, as does Poison Tendre in green bottle which was bearable...!!...i will look for the EDT now...!!

Just looked on ebay...silly money...200 to 300 for the originals...there are newer ones out but dont smell the same..!!...Poison girl and Hypnotic are very different to the originals and are normal prices as easily available.

Yes original poison has changed from the 80s formulation but Poison is still available on the Dior site. Well, it does say temporarily. Also you're quite right about the flankers smelling very different. Hypnotic Poison is a delicious gourmand with not even a hint of tuberose.

Sorry I meant it's temporarily unavailable on Dior but easy to buy on lots of other bona fide retail sites.

I find Lancome La Vie est Belle is incredibly long lasting as are lots of the Chanel fragrances. I only need one spray of Coco which lasts me all day! Anything with Amber or musk notes seems to last better.

Fragrantica website is a good place to look for reviews on longevity

I am obsessed with Fragrantica - such an interesting website for anyone who loves perfume. Agreed regarding Chanel fragrances; No 5 lasts all day on me.

The only one that lasts on me and believe me ive tried everything.. is Radical Rose by matiere premiere, love it at this time of year, smells spicy warm and rich. expensive though.

I love YSL Paris, its a very floral scent & I can usually still smell it, very faintly, in my hair & on my clothes the next morning. I also like Gucci Flora.

Perfume parlour versions of most things are much longer lasting than the originals. All muglers last forever but smell awful. 4160 Tuesdays also good for longevity esp the heavier ones- often smell them on jumpers etc days later.
