What perfume do you wear?

I fancy a new perfume (thinking of dropping hints to DH for Christmas). I wear SpaceNK Laughter at the moment, but it has nearly run out and can't afford to buy more of that one.

I'd like something light, maybe a bit flowery smelling and suitable for day or eve. Any suggestions?

Current fave is Jo Malone's lime, basil and mandarin. It is light but also quite complex, so suitable for evenings as well.

I love Guerlain perfumes, the ones I wear most are L'Heure Bleu and Mitsouko.
However, these are quite 'heavy' and are florally/oriental.

However, Guerlain do a range called Aqua Allegoria, I have the Gentiana version which is very light and floral.

Also, yesterday, DP (for no apparent reason) bought me a bottle of Miss Dior. Cue complete shock. This smells delicious and is quite a classic and florally scent, would never have boyght it for myself (as am anal about scent and only ever buy Guerlain) but it's lovely.

Clarins (the red one Eau dyna.. summat) but the blue one is also nice (quite light and aqua florally)

i love coco mademoiselle by Chanel its gorgeous. Suitable for day or night. Also, Miss Dior Cherie by Dior is lush too. And i really like Insolence by Guerlain, but coco mademoiselle still my fave!

Have worn it for years even though DH keeps buying me other stuff!

He last bought me some new Hugo Boss one called Femme I think - it is nice and light.

I often wear 24 Faubourg by Hermes, which I bought { quite cheaply, online } as I had read it was Princess Diana's favourite perfume and I was interested to see what it was like. It's quite flowery but I would say a bit old fashioned { it's ok for me as I'm an old bint now ! } and I quite like it but I'm not wild about it - but whenever I wear it, my dh, who is usually the most unnoticing of men,always notices and asks me what it is and says how much he likes it ! Perhaps that's its secret - it's a magnet for men !!

I have Cinema by Yves St Laurent which I like. It is quite light.

Gio (Giorgio Armani) Eau de Dio is also lovely!
Sun Moon and Satrs by lagerfeld is lovely aswell!
Issey d'Myake (sp) has some fabulous scents...

But I would not describe them as 'light'! For that I dont think you can go wrong with Stella McCartney - even though it is quite ubiquitous. Or maybe Givenchy's Hot Couture.

Be Delicious by DKNY is light and fruity - it smells like a bowl of fruit to me - lush.

Erm... Chanel something -Allure. Very rarely though.

Ultraviolet by Paco Rabanne - pretty smell, like alphabet sweets or something.

I have clinique "happY" for the day, bice and light, and Issey Miyake "L'eau D'Issey" for evenings. Also have just got the summer variation of the Issey one. I have a tonne of minatures too from dhen Boots were doing a 3 for 2 offer on gift boxes of them , which is an inepensive way of trying some new ones.
